Blissful Ignorance

Interpreting information:
cognitive functioning can lack
contemplation.

The benignly sublime
rarely tell lies,
allowing for spiritual gravity
defiance.
In short: they fly on the inside.

It is believed
that we conceive
alternate realities with each
thought.
Think good thoughts
less wars will be
fought
on the tax dollars of
imagination.

Reincarnation Song

Twixt life and death I barely lie,
waiting for the angel's sigh
to breathe new life in to old bones
forgetful of the things once known.
Against the darkness I swear to defend,
Until once more my life does end.

Inevitability

There was a time
when what was mine
was in another's possession.

Without a doubt
I'd soon find out
the meaning of obsession.

Till you came in,
grinning your grin,
declaring without hesitation:
"What's past is done,
the future will come,
so the present's your whole situation."

So I let it be,
called it "set free,"
and lived my life as if it were song.

Till death did i live,
not once did I give
regret to what had come and gone.

The moral is clear:
do not fret do not fear
every moment of life is sacred.
You may run and hide,
but soon you'll abide
With the others whose lives have been taken.
